Sangria
Put 2 750 ml. bottles of chilled dry red wine into a chilled punch bowl.
Pour in 3 oz. of chilled Curacao or Triple Sec.
Add 2 oz. chilled Brandy.
Add the juice of 1 orange and 1 lemon.
Add 4 oz. Simple Syrup.
Add 1 orange and 1 Lemon thinly sliced.
1 Quart of chilled Club Soda may be added for fizz.
Serve with a cake of ice in a punch bowl or from chilled pitchers.
(Also make ahead of time it taste better the second day)
