Bartender's Guide

2 drinks
4 parts coconut rum
1 part bacardi rum
1 part roses lime juice
1 part fresh lemon juice
1 part cranberry/pomegranite juice
3 parts pineapple juice
1 mint leaf crushed
shake with ice
garnish with whole mint leaf

1 oz. root beer schnapps
1 oz. vanilla vodka
2 oz. half and half
fill glass with ice and the rest coke

4 oz Martini and Rossi Asti Spumante
2 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz cherry juice

Mix all ingredients in a Martini shaker with Ice Strain into Champagne Glass rimmed with sugar and serve

2 shots peachtree schnapps
1 1/2 shots vodka (stoli)
1 1/2 shots triple sec
1 1/2 shots blue curacao
1 shot tequila (montezuma)
1 shot jagermeister
1 shot blackberry wine (arbor mist)

Pour in large glass over ice and add rockstar to fill

1 part (jigger) rum
1/2 part lime
1/2 part lemon
2 parts pineapple juice

shake with ice
rim glass with sugar/cinnamon garnish with pineapple slice
