Coconut Rum

Carolina Sunrise

1 jigger Malibu Coconut Rum
1 oz Grenadine
Pineapple Juice

Pour the Malibu and Grenadine over ice.
Top with pineapple juice. Shake. Garnish with cherries and pineapple chunks. Serve.

2 shots Captian Morgans, 1 shot Coconut rum, topp off with sweet and sour serve over ice

Sunset Passion Colada

1/4 ounces coconut rum
4 ounces pina colada drink mix
1 ounce strawberry daquiri mix

1.Place rum and pina colada mix in blender with ice. Blend until smooth.
2.Pour into a tall glass and top with the strawberry daquiri mix. The daquiri mix sits on top for a pretty presentation.
3.Garnish with strawberries and pinapple

4 Oz Milk
2 Oz Coconut Milk

Mix in Blender with Ice until smooth.

Jamacian Cowboy Margarita (texas Roadhouse)

OK, I do not use a shot glass - I use the count method...

-8 counts of (premixed with achohol) margarita mix
-4 counts coconut rum
-4 counts peach schnapps
-4 counts pineapple juice
-4 counts orange juice
- strawberry, lime, orange or exotic fruit for garnish on the side...

I just mix and stir and then add ice. If anyone out there knows of a better mixture - please let me know - we just love em!

Enjoy, but be careful - they go down way too easy!
