4 oz Cream of coconut (CocoLopez)
2 oz Kahlua
1 oz Bacardi Black rum
1 oz Dark Creme de cacao
4 oz Milk or half and half
2 cups Ice

Mojito

2 oz light rum
1 oz lime juice (preferably a whole lime)
2 teaspoons sugar
Mint
Soda Water

Take sugar and a large pinch of mint. Put in pint glass with a splash of soda water. Use muddler to press mint gently and dissolve sugar until it smells like spearmint. Squeeze both halves of lime into mixture, leaving one hull inside glass. Add rum. mix, add ice and top with soda water. Garnish with a mint sprig.

Acapulco

1 1/2 oz. Rum
1/4 oz. triple sec
1 egg white
1/2 oz. lime juice
1/4 tsp. suger
mint leaves
1 Fill glass with ice.
2 Add rum, triple sec, egg white, lime juice, and suger.
3 Shake well.

The rest is Pineapple Juice, Orange Juice, spashes of Lime Juice and Grenadine.
