Willy Wonka Chocolate Martini

1 1/2 shots Godiva chocolate liqueur,
1 1/2 shots half-and-half,
1 shot creme de cacao,
1/2 shot vodka

Pour chocolate syrup into bottom of martini glass to cover, and coat rim in chocolate syrup. Chill glass.
Add 1 1/2 shots Godiva chocolate liqueur, 1 shots creme de cacao, 1/2 shot vodka, 1 1/2 shots half-and-half.
