Blue Caraco Margarita

1 ounce tequila
3/4 ounce Blue Curacao
1/4 ounce lime juice
sweet and sour mix to fill

at the restaurant i work at we use 14 ounce glasses.

salt rim of glass
fill glass with ice
fill a shaker with ice as well and add the tequila, blue caracao, lime juice and fill with sweet and sour, shake and strain into the glass of ice. for mixed just use the blender to blend the ice and ingredients together and pour into a salted glass without ice. i hope this helps ya.
