Lucious Lauri

Ingredients:

6 bananas
2 litres vanilla ice cream
1 bottle Amarula (http://www.amarula.co.za)
1 bottle Malibu
1 bottle Creme de Cacao
1 bottle Bailey's Irish Creme (optional)
1 tray ice cubes

Method:

Get yourself a blender.

Peel 2 bananas, break them into pieces, place in blender.
Scoop 1/3 of your carton of ice cream into the blender.
Add 1 part Amarula
Add 1 part Malibu
Add 1 part Creme de Cacao
Add 1 part Bailey's (optional)
* Parts may be as large or as small as you like. Successful mixes have been reported when filling as much as 1/2 of the blender with these alcohols*
Add 4 ice cubes (for texture)

Blend ingredients until smooth and of uniform colour (approx 1 minute)

Serve either on or off the rocks.
Ingredients are enough for 3 blenders' worth of Lucious Lauris.
