2/3 shot peach schnapps
1 /3 shot Bailey's Irish cream - float onto top so that it separates (use a spoon or a cherry part way into top of schnapps so you don't break the surface tension).
Then pour in a couple of drops of grenadine. This looks sick, if you do it right you can see where it got it's name.
