New Orleans Gin Fizz

2 1/2 oz. gin
1 oz. lemon juice
1/2 egg white
1 tsp. heavy cream
1/2 tsp orange flower water
2 tsp. sugar
iced club soda
1 slice lemon

Shake gin, lemon juice, egg white, cream, orange flower water, and sugar well with ice. Strain into tall 14 oz. glass half-filled with ice. Fill glass the rest of the way with club soda. Garnish with lemon slice.

Considered a variation of the Ramos Gin Fizz.
