Golden Pheasant

1 fifth gin (3 cups)
2 cups powdered sugar
8 eggs
32 oz. bottle lemon juice
1/2 cup water

Beat eggs until foamy. Add sugar and rest of ingredients. Freeze 6 hours or overnight.

For 1 drink: Mix 2 tablespoons mixture in 8 ounce glass with cream soda, drop in maraschino cherry.
